Do you charge a fee to plan my vacation?
For most vacation packages, we do not charge a planning or service fee. We are paid by the travel suppliers we work with, which means you can often receive the same pricing and promotions available online—along with personalized guidance and ongoing support.
What types of travel do you plan?
We plan ocean and river cruises, all-inclusive vacations, guided tours, scenic rail journeys, international travel, group trips, honeymoons, destination weddings, and family vacations.
Will my trip cost more if I book through a travel advisor?
We offer competitive pricing through trusted cruise lines, tour companies, resorts, and vacation providers. In many cases, the price is the same as booking directly, but you also gain the benefit of our experience, recommendations, and assistance.
Do you book airfare by itself?
We do not book air-only reservations. We can, however, assist with flights when they are part of a complete vacation package.
How far in advance should I begin planning?
The earlier, the better, especially for cruises, international travel, group trips, and popular destinations. Planning ahead typically gives you more options for accommodations, itineraries, and pricing.
What happens if something goes wrong during my trip?
You have someone to turn to. Whether a schedule changes, a booking needs to be adjusted, or an unexpected issue arises, our team can help you understand your options and work with the appropriate travel suppliers on your behalf.
