We enjoyed our trip to Puerto Vallarta. I would like to share with you some of the reasons why we always turn to Vacations in Paradise for our travel needs:
We have stayed at the RIU Vallarta twice a year for at least seven years. When we travel to Mexico we always stay at RIU properties. They are safe, clean, top shelf drinks, and excellent staff and food. Although we enjoy children, we very much appreciate that children have their own pool, and are kept out of the adult pool by the life guard. This is a huge draw, not just for us but for others. The RIU has (3) properties in Puerto Vallarta, but the RIU Vallarta is the only one that maintains and adult pool.
As luck would have it, we met a very nice couple from Eaton, Colorado. They shared with us a horror story about trying to get back home after the most recent hurricane in Cancun. What most people don’t realize when they book trips on the internet, they forego getting insurance. Such was the case with this couple. Since their plane was cancelled due to the hurricane. They had to purchase other tickets to get back to Colorado.
Last but not least. We had booked a 21 day retirement cruise through the Panama Canal from Ft. Lauderdale, FL to Vancouver, B.C. You gave us two huge heads up after picking up our packet. First do not leave the ship in Columbia! We stayed on board which was wonderful with everyone gone, only to hear about various horror stories regarding fear and safety from those whom ventured into Columbia. The other heads up was to spend the night in Vancouver and fly back the next day. Many on board missed flights and struggled to secure lodging using ship to shore phone service.
So in a nut shell thanks for excellent service! We will continue to send customers your way.
